📦 Order & Shipping Policy

Once your order has been successfully placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation from us. If you have any special requests or need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible before your order enters the processing stage.

🔄 Processing Time
Due to recent changes in U.S. customs policies and increased demand, our processing times have been slightly adjusted. Most orders will be processed within 3-5 business days, depending on product availability.

Note: If your order contains multiple items, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

🚚 Shipping Time
After processing, delivery typically takes 10-20 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please be aware that the total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

🔍 Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers may take a few days to become active after your package ships. If you don’t see tracking updates right away, please check again later. Your estimated delivery time remains valid even if tracking is delayed.

For extra peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance during checkout.

All orders are shipped from our China-based warehouses. Please note that import taxes or customs duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your purchase and are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest checking with your local customs office for more information.
